When should i start taking a Prenatal supplement?

Bump is great for women who are trying to conceive AND women who are already pregnant.

For women who are trying to conceive, Bump helps get your hormones balanced and ovulation regular. With the right nutrients (hint: those in our prenatal), egg quality can actually be improved, and production of cervical mucus and lining increased to boost implantation success. Experts recommend to start taking a prenatal supplement 3 months before conception.

For women who are pregnant, Bump helps to maintain your nutrient levels for healthy fetal development, especially to those brains and bones. With Bump, you can look forward to less constipation and nausea, stronger immunity and better energy.
